The only items plugged in via USB are my keyboard, Astro A50 wireless mixamp (which I also turn off before putting the computer into sleep mode), monitor (for the USB pass through), wireless Xbox One controller adapter (also turned off before sleeping), and wireless mouse. I'm running Windows 10, and everything (drives, OS, etc.) are up to date. When I look at this exact item in the device manager I see that there are no power management options, so I am unable to disable this particular item from turning the PC off. If you have Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft) is waking PC then we strongly recommend that you Download (Intel(R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft) is waking PC) Repair Tool. I've run the command prompt powercfg lastwake to see what's waking my computer and it always returns the same thing: Intel (R) USB 3.0 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.0 (Microsoft). If I let it stay like this for several hours and then wake the computer I occasionally (rarely) am met with a message saying that my memory is running low. Within five minutes the fans turn on and the power light turns on and stays on (no more flashing) the monitor does not turn on until I wiggle the mouse or type on the keyboard. I put the computer into sleep mode and the monitor and fans turn off the power light starts slowly flashing indicating the computer is asleep. I flip the off switch on my wireless mouse just in case that's waking the computer by accident. I've dug around in r/techsupport, and several other websites, and have been unable to solve this particular issue.
